My name is Sandra and I am a hair dresser that specializes in bridal hairstyles for more than 30 years now. I began to work under a famous hairdresser in Florence that taught me well all the techniques and tricks of the trade that I now possess. I also taught for more than two years at a school instructing both apprentices as well as already skilled hairdressers, of well known shops.
My passion other than to cut and style hair is to create hairstyles for brides, because I am able to let my creativity speak for itself. I love to listen to people, it is a way to understand their needs and wants and also to develop a relationship that is calm and quite.

We like to think of the Dolce lab Cafè as a artistic pastery shop. We create wedding cakes according your choices (theme, colors, wedding gown) and together we decide the design of the wedding cake and your sweet table. The cakes can be simple, multi-layer, fine, elegant, whimsical and/or elaborate. Everything you want we can create: and be rest assured it will be delicious to eat.
